How much does MTABasic cost?
Please email support@mtasoftwaresolutions.co.uk for the current subscription price and any applicable trial details. We will confirm the arrangements before providing sign-in instructions.
Can I use my own logo on invoices?
Yes. In the app, open Settings → Add company logo. Upload or drag in a PNG or JPG/JPEG file up to 2 MB. Include your dealership name clearly in the image. A horizontal image around 1,200 × 350 pixels, with a transparent or white background, is ideal. You need permission to edit dealer details.
Can I print invoices and save PDFs?
Yes. Use the invoice’s Print / View option, then Print / save PDF. Vehicle sales, vehicle purchase and cashbook sales invoices fit onto one A4 portrait page. Longer comments and extra entries are retained, with smaller text on dense invoices. Select A4 in your printer settings.
I use MTAv3. What should I do?
Include your existing Dealer ID when you enquire. We can discuss transferring your existing data and the arrangements for moving to MTABasic.
Where can I get help?
Use the Help button inside MTABasic for sign-up, logo and invoice-printing guidance, or email our support team. Messages entered into the Help bot are not sent to support.
